All admissions are subject to a 4-week initial trial period to ensure the resident is happy and well-settled. For self-funded placements, a completed direct debit form is required upon admission.
We welcome self-funding residents and those supported by local authorities. All terms are clearly outlined prior to move-in.
Navigating care funding can be complex. We work closely with families and Local Authorities to ensure a smooth transition regardless of the funding source.
We support residents funded through council schemes. Even with Local Authority terms, an individual contract with the homewill be issued to the resident or their representative.
Transparent fee schedules with easy monthly direct debit structures. Full support is provided for financial planning and third-party top-ups.
