All staff is appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. Before the home opens, all staff will have an induction program with topics such as Dementia, the Mental Capacity Act, Safe-guarding Adults, Control of Infection, First Aid, Supervision and appraisal, Values and Attitudes, Health and Safety, Skin and wound care, Continence, Care implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the leased developments in care practices.
